What if the hire doesn't work out?
Every placement has a 30-day replacement guarantee — if it doesn't fit, we search again at no new fee.
Do I need my own entity in the target country?
For recruiting only, yes — the employment contract runs through your entity. Without one, employment & payroll or managed team fit, because Adeo employs there.
How long does the search take?
Usually 14 to 30 days from briefing to signed offer. The most common delay is the candidate's notice period.
