Who is the legal employer?
Adeo — through our own entity in Romania and Serbia, and through a local employment partner in Spain. Contract, payroll and contributions sit with us.
How fast can someone start?
Once the person is confirmed, usually within one to two weeks — contract, registration and payroll setup run in parallel.
What comes on top of salary?
€250 per person per month. Salary and statutory employer contributions are passed through without a markup and itemised separately.
