Who coordinates the team day to day?
You set the functional requirements and priorities; Adeo handles the ongoing coordination through a dedicated account manager.
What's included — and what isn't?
Recruiting, employment, HR and onboarding are included. Equipment (laptop, monitor, peripherals) is passed on at cost — it is never included in the price. Salary and statutory employer contributions are passed through without a markup.
What if someone leaves?
A 30-day replacement guarantee on every placement — we search again at no new recruiting fee.
