Context
Why Spain is not a low-cost market.
In all-in costs Spain is noticeably above Romania and Serbia. Anyone looking at price alone chooses one of the other two markets.
The reason for Spain is a different one: full EU law without standard contractual clauses and without a third-country assessment, native Spanish sales and support, and a working day that reaches far enough to also cover the LATAM time window.
For German-speaking roles Spain is rarely the right choice — Serbia and Romania are stronger for that.
