Best when you already have your own entity in Romania, Serbia or Spain, employ there yourself and just want to find the right people faster. Without a local entity, Employment & Payroll or Managed Team also handle the hiring, because Adeo is the employer there.

What if the hire doesn’t work out?
Every placement has a 30-day replacement guarantee. If it doesn’t fit, we search again at no new fee.
Do I need my own entity in the target country?
For Recruiting only, yes, because the employment contract runs through your entity. Without one, Employment & Payroll or Managed Team fit, because Adeo employs there.
How long does the search take?
Usually 14 to 30 days from briefing to a signed offer. After that, the candidate’s notice period usually decides the start date.
