Market · Spain · remote nationwide
Spain: the EU-safe market for sales, support and LATAM.
In Spain we hire remotely nationwide, through a local employment partner. Spain is not a low-cost market. It is the market for Spanish-speaking sales and support inside the EU and for teams that need to cover the Latin American (LATAM) time window.

Context
Why Spain is not a low-cost market.
In all-in costs Spain is noticeably above Romania and Serbia. Anyone looking at price alone chooses one of the other two markets.
The reason for Spain is a different one: full EU law without standard contractual clauses and without a third-country assessment, native Spanish sales and support, and a working day that reaches far enough to also cover the LATAM time window.
For German-speaking roles Spain is rarely the right choice. Romania is stronger for these roles.
