How it went.
Velia wanted to expand infrastructure and backend capacity quickly — with people who work in daily sync with the team in Germany.
We searched in Belgrade, pre-screened DevOps and .NET profiles and presented a shortlist. Velia interviewed and decided; Adeo employs through its own Serbian entity — including a data processing agreement and EU standard contractual clauses for the data transfer.
Within up to five weeks the team of three DevOps engineers and three .NET backend developers was ready — in the same time zone as Berlin. Velia sets the functional requirements and priorities, and Adeo leads and coordinates the team day to day.
