Shoplab wanted to expand its Shopify capacity quickly and significantly — without setting up its own entity in Eastern Europe. Shoplab sets the functional requirements and priorities, and Adeo coordinates the team day to day.
We defined role profiles and salary bands for the Romanian market, searched our own network in Bucharest and pre-screened for skills and language. Shoplab interviewed and decided; Adeo employed the team, ran onboarding and carries the ongoing HR work.
Within up to five weeks of the first call, the full team of a project manager, two React developers and four Shopify developers was in place — employed through Adeo's Romanian entity. Shoplab sets the functional requirements and priorities, and Adeo leads and coordinates the team day to day.
